If you are concerned that a PTS Member is not abiding by the PTS Code of Conduct, you may raise a complaint to the Chairman. The PTS only handles complaints relating to PTS Members. The PTS has a robust formal complaints process so please provide as much information as possible in your written complaint, including what resolution you seek.
