The PTS People's Choice Awards 2024 recognises the very best in the philatelic trade, and we are excited to be celebrating four award categories this year as well as a new philatelic contributor award!

Award Categories

Nominate your favourite philatelic website. Perhaps it is the store functionality you love, how user-friendly it is, or that it feels like there is something new each and every time you visit. Maybe you'd like to nominate a site for how well it promotes the hobby, how useful its articles and links are, or simply how well beautiful philatelic items are displayed.

Best Website

Nominate your favourite philatelic publication - whether print, digital, or both! Perhaps you're nominating an organisation that produces a magazine, a catalogue, a price list, or a reference guide. Does it stay on your coffee table or in your inbox for you to look at more than others? Is it always kept rather than recycled/deleted? Maybe you are nominating the publication for its style, its content or its creative editing.

Best Publication

Nominate your favourite philatelic social media account - whether it is on X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn or elsewhere! What do you love about it? Its frequent content? Its informative content? Its inspiring content? Its trendy styling? The friendly community that follows it too? Do you have alerts on a specific account so you don't miss anything? Or is there an account you never miss a post from?

Nominate your favourite physical philatelic space - it might be a physical shop, an auction room, the office of a stamp dealer you visit, a stamp show stand you loved seeing or spending time at. Meeting people face to face is important so what do you love about the space a PTS Member has created for you? Is it the variety of material available, the comfort, the expert staff on hand to help you, the fact it is quiet, or it is busy and buzzing?

Best Physical Space

Want to recognise someone for their contribution to philately this year outside of the four award categories? The Contributor of the Year Award is an open category to allow us to celebrate those who work tirelessly to promote philately. So who do you want us the PTS to recognise this year? What has your nominee done that has gone above and beyond?

Terms and Conditions (Nominations)
1) All nominations must be completed via the nomination form by 15th December at 23:59 (UK time)
2) For the four main awards categories, only PTS Members can be nominated.
3) You can nominate as many companies as you like, and you can nominate into as many award categories as you would like
4) You can enter yourself or you can nominate others
5) The winners will be revealed on the 30th December after the People's Choice voting period closes. The People's Choice voting period runs from the16th - 28th December.
6) If required (and if you have shared your details with us), we may reach out to you for more information
7) All information provided can be used for publicity purposes
8) Nominees and Winners will receive marketing material they can use to promote their involvement in the Awards
9) Nominations may be shortlisted based on number of nominations if the list of nominees exceeds 12 in any one category. Shortlisting criteria includes number of nominations, and quality of rationale for nomination.

Terms and Conditions (Voting)

1) You can vote once in each awards category.

2) All votes must be submitted by 23:59 (UK time) on the 28th December

3) Only votes completed via the voting for will be eligible.

4) Voting is anonymous but our system uses email address/ IP Address recognition to identify where duplicate votes have been made. Duplicate votes within the same one category by the same IP Address will be disqualified.

5) The winner of each category will be the nominee with the most votes. Winners will be announced on the 30th December. Runners up will also be announced.

6) Your email address is used to validate the "one vote per email address" term. If you tick the box requesting that you be subscribed to our Newsletter, your email address will be used to subscribe you. Else, your email address is not used or shared in any way other than for the purposes of this Awards voting process.
